I think he's building up more savings for his daughter and grandkids, thinking of the future. He's lived that fast pace. I don't think he owes an explanation to anyone. If he wants to make another film here and there that entertains us, let's him creatively spread his wings...I'm not complaining. Bravo Mr. Carrey! . Besides, He's a family man, and that's what dads/Grandpas do.

Get over it folks. You may have heard the old adage, it's not how much you make its how much you spend. No matter how much or little you money make . We spend according to our assets. Especially if we get paid in lump sums its easier than you think to mis-allocate your money proportionitly.
